Provide the requested information and complete the available payment process.

A customer does not need to submit a separate booking application to purchase a service listed for direct online purchase.

04 / Contract

When your purchase becomes an agreement

When you place an order through the website, you are offering to purchase the selected service at the price displayed at checkout.

A contract is formed when we accept your order and provide confirmation of the purchase.

If we cannot provide the service purchased, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

Prices and payment

All service prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

The price shown for a service covers the scope and deliverables described on the relevant service page.

Additional work

Work outside the purchased scope will only be carried out following discussion and agreement on the additional work.

Payment is normally required when purchasing a service through the website. Where a different payment arrangement has been agreed in writing, that arrangement will apply.

We may correct obvious pricing or technical errors before accepting an order.

06 / Service delivery

How your service is delivered

Our consulting services are delivered digitally, with the exact format depending on the service purchased.

  • Services may include video calls and online discussions.
  • Written recommendations, reviews or reports are provided where included in the selected service.
  • Service arrangements and meeting times will be communicated after purchase where a meeting forms part of the service.
  • Delivery times depend on the scope of the service and the information required to complete the work.
  • Where no specific delivery period has been stated, the service will be delivered within a reasonable period.

Delays can occur where information, documents, feedback or other reasonable input required from the customer has not yet been provided.

07 / Cancellation

Cancellation and refunds

If you need to cancel a purchased service, please contact us as soon as possible.

Consumer cancellation rights

If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel certain online service contracts within 14 days, subject to applicable legal rules and exceptions.

If you specifically ask us to begin providing the service during the cancellation period, your cancellation rights may be affected to the extent permitted by law.

Services that have already started

Where work has already begun following your request, the amount refundable may depend on the work already supplied and the legal rights that apply to your purchase.

Further information about cancellation and refund arrangements is provided in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

08 / Customer responsibilities

Information and cooperation

To allow us to deliver the purchased service properly, you should provide accurate and relevant information and respond to reasonable requests connected with the work.

  • Respond within a reasonable period where your input is needed to progress the work.

Materials you provide

You may provide business documents, marketing materials, website content, brand information and other materials needed to complete your service.

You remain responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide those materials to us.

We will use customer materials only as reasonably needed to provide the purchased service, communicate with you and meet our legal obligations.

10 / Intellectual property

Use of consulting materials

You retain ownership of your existing business content, branding, documents and other materials that you provide to us.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our existing frameworks, methods, templates and general consultancy materials remain our intellectual property.

Materials specifically prepared and supplied as part of your purchased service may be used by you for your own business purposes.

You must not resell, reproduce as a separate commercial product or redistribute our consultancy materials without prior written agreement.

11 / Consulting advice

Recommendations and business decisions

Our consultancy services provide marketing analysis, recommendations, planning and practical guidance based on the information available during the work.

Recommendations are intended to support your business decision-making. They do not guarantee a particular level of revenue, sales, customer response or marketing performance.

You are responsible for assessing and deciding whether to implement any recommendation provided through the service.

12 / Liability

Responsibility and legal limits

We take reasonable care in providing our services and preparing recommendations based on the information available to us.

However, business conditions, customer behaviour, competition and other external factors can affect the outcome of marketing activity. We therefore do not guarantee a particular commercial result.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

Nothing in these terms affects statutory rights that apply to consumers and cannot legally be excluded.

13 / Changes

Changes to our services and these terms

We may update our website, service descriptions and these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Changes will not retrospectively alter the agreed terms of a completed purchase unless required by law or agreed with the customer.

The latest version of these terms will be made available on this website.
